Responsibilities
The main goal of this position is to look for new opportunities and build a solid, recurring sales pipeline.
Develop repetitive and stable sales in specific industry/geography by establishing and maintaining contact with customers — market leaders and smaller players in industries such as machine building, robotics, infrastructure, furniture, and others.
Apply best practices in sales and account management.
Achieve individual sales targets with own acquired opportunities and assigned pools of customers in specified industry/geography.
Functional responsibilities
Acquiring and hunting new buyers.
Using calls and mailings among other activities to build a strong pipeline.
Working with the incoming flow of leads, supporting them and developing relationships.
Daily business due to short-term decision processes.
Development of opportunity pipeline in a specific industry and/or geography.
Management of the sales cycle—from initial customer contact and inquiry to order receipt and ensuring recurring order flow.
Maintaining customer contact at all stages of the project and serving as the primary contact point for your customers.
Regular and complete reflection of the sales process in the CRM system.
Qualifications
An accomplished hunter, adept at actively engaging new clients.
Ability to reach and exceed sales targets.
Strong customer focus and enjoyment of sales activities and supporting people.
Successful sales track record in industries such as rapid prototyping, engineering, robotics, automation, 3D printing, etc.
IT and digitalisation enthusiast, willing to actively use modern technologies and software.
Understanding of metalworks, 3D printing, and injection molding is a major advantage.
Readiness and willingness to work in a dynamic sales environment.
German - native, English - full professional proficiency.
Diligent & sales driven.
