ACCIONA, in its Construction Business, is looking to hire a Logistics Admin for its Malolos to Clark Railway Project in Clark, Pampanga.
Job Description
- Coordinate logistics activities, including transportation, deliveries, and shipments
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Prepare, review, and maintain logistics documentation
- Liaise with vendors, transporters, warehouses, and internal stakeholders
- Support inventory tracking and reporting
- Identify and resolve logistics issues or delays proactively
- Maintain accurate records and provide status updates
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant regulations
- Support cost control initiatives and vendor comparisons
- Other related tasks that may be assigned
Required Skills and Competencies
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in construction logistics, operations, or supply chain support (adjust as needed)
- Familiarity with logistics processes and documentation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail, respect, and trustworthiness
