About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Housekeeping Attendant position to join our Housekeeping Department in Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
1. To work on a rotation basis with the housekeeping, ensuring guest satisfaction and adhering to the standards required by the hotel.
2. To inspect all facilities, furniture, and fixtures and report any damage to the Team Leader for action and follow-up.
3. To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times.
4. To collect and sign for the floor master key and room report from the housekeeping office and return them at the end of the shift.
5. To clean each guest room and bathroom thoroughly, making the necessary arrangements in guest rooms and replenishing guest supplies.
6. To inform the Team Leader if flower arrangements and fruit baskets need replenishment.
7. To provide Turn Down service as per the standard required by the hotel.
