Main responsibility:
* Responsible for the management of the company's vehicles;
* Responsible for the management of the company's fixed assets;
* Responsible for the management of the company's office environment;
* Responsible for Administration (General affair) department expenses management;
* Responsible for the company's business trip planning work and reception work;
* Other work assigned by leaders
Report line: HR&AD manager;
Coordinate team: Sales, market, after-sales, financial and other departments.
Requirement:
* Bachelor's degree, use of the English language for the daily work requirements on a 90% basis;
* More than 2 years working experience of administration or General affairs;
* Other special requirement: service awareness, high execution force, can drive cars;
