Funciones
* Preparar el montaje de las mesas para el servicio
* Tomar nota de las comandas y atender los requerimientos de las mesas asignadas
* Servir y recoger las mesas a cargo, apoyando al resto de compañeros en estas labores
* Realizar tareas de repaso y otras necesarias para ofrecer el servicio (mise en place, etc.)
* Colaborar en otras funciones complementarias a la actividad de sala
Requisitos
* Mínimo 1 año de experiencia desempeñando puesto similar
* Disponibilidad para trabajar
* Imprescindible manejo de bandeja
* Estar familiarizado con tipos de alérgenos, así como con las cualidades de vegetariano, vegano y relacionados
* Manejo de TPV y caja registradora
* Valorable estar en disposición de carné de manipulador de alimentos y alérgenos
* Actitud positiva y muchas ganas de pertenecer a un equipo al que le apasiona generar una experiencia extraordinaria a los clientes
