The Business Development Manager New Products EMEA is accountable for accelerating the commercial success of newly launched and priority products across the region. This role owns the end-to-end business development cycle for NPIs—from market readiness and early adopter activation to pipeline build, conversion, and scale-up. The position acts as the growth engine between Product, Sales, Marketing, Applications, and Service to ensure new products transition rapidly from launch to material revenue contribution. The position reports to the GM Commercial Growth EMEA. This position reports to the General Manager Commercial Growth EMEA and is part of the Commercial Team EMEA Region. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: NPI Commercial Strategy & Pipeline Management : Drive regional business development for new products, translate launch goals into actionable country plans with clear targets, and build/accelerate a robust NPI pipeline.
