We are looking to expand our commercial team at our Pamplona offices by hiring a Fundraiser to continue raising awareness among local businesses.
The selected candidate will perform the following functions:
* Present the Foundation to current and potential client companies to establish collaborative relationships.
* Conduct commercial prospecting, fundraising, client retention, and follow-up.
* Advise on compliance with the LGD (Disability Law) and present the Foundation's various projects.
* Create synergies with other divisions of the group to enhance cross-selling and identify new opportunities.
* Participate in awareness projects for our clients.
* Support other tasks within the area.

What are the minimum requirements?
* At least 1 year of experience as a sales consultant, preferably in HR or social organizations, with prospecting and follow-up tasks.
* A service-oriented mindset, trustworthiness, communication skills, effective time management, perseverance, and success orientation.
* University studies (preferably psychology, pedagogy, labor relations, or related social sciences) are valued but not required. Additional training related to disability or at-risk groups is also appreciated.
