Join our team as an Account Executive for Diagnostic Imaging, Advanced Therapies, and Ultrasound, located in Canary Islands, reporting to the Area Sales Manager.
The Account Executive is responsible for promoting and selling the complete range of Diagnostic Imaging, Advanced Therapies, and Ultrasound solutions within the territory, ensuring performance targets are met within the projected budget. We seek a highly talented individual passionate about sales, customer relationships, and adding value for clients. This role offers excellent development opportunities within a company planning to venture into new procedures with a rich product pipeline.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
* Set and track sales targets aligned with company objectives.
* Develop a territory plan to prioritize activities and meet targets.
* Build positive relationships with public and private clients.
* Act as the primary contact, addressing customer needs.
* Generate new business through existing and potential networks.
* Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions.
* Report on account status and transactions.
* Monitor sales metrics such as quarterly results and forecasts.
* Provide market feedback and work towards objectives with the Regional Sales Manager.
* Coordinate sales activities with Product Specialists, Customer Service, Applications, and Procurement teams.
* Attend meetings, workshops, and exhibitions, including some out-of-hours work.
* Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
* Proven track record in medical device sales and account management.
* Ability to learn medical device products and sales processes.
* Self-motivated with strong business development skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
