* Setting up the working station, ensure that it is well organized to prepare the service
* Greet and possibly welcome the guest
* Introduce cocktail when served to guest (and explain in details when necessary)
* Keep the bar clean all the time
* Keep friendly atmosphere at all time
* Attend daily briefing
* Build relationship with guest and ensure loyalty
* Keep the quality of the cocktails always according standards
* Keep the environment and tools in proper condition
* Control the cocktail list and make sure it’s always clean and updated.
* Stock and storage always monitored
* Warn the team for 86 and cocktails not well sold
* Sharing knowledge with team
* Manage complains regarding cocktails flaws or issues
