This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals with an interest in financial regulation, risk, and fintech. You will support day-to-day compliance activities across AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, and regulatory reporting. Candidates withprior experience in a bank, regulated financial institution or licensed FinTechare strongly encouraged to apply. As part of a temporary strategy, these roles mayinitially report directly to the CFOto help unblock operational and regulatory challenges, before transitioning into the Compliance function.Key Responsibilities Support multi-jurisdictional AML/KYC/KYB reviews, customer due diligence, and ongoing monitoring Assist with transaction monitoring alerts and investigations Help maintain compliance documentation, policies, and procedures Support regulatory reporting and internal audit preparation Collaborate with Customer Support and Operations on compliance-related cases Escalate potential risks, suspicious activity, or compliance issues Support implementation of new compliance processes and toolingRequirements 1–3 years of experience in Compliance, Operations, Risk, or Banking Exposure to AML, KYC, payments, or e-money regulations preferred Previous experience in abank, fintech, or regulated financial institutionis a strong plus Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)Nice to Have Familiarity with EU fintech regulations (AMLD, PSD2, E-Money) Experience with compliance tools (e.g. SumSub, transaction monitoring systems) Interest in fintech, digital payments, or the creator economyWhat's in it for you Competitive Salary:Attractive compensation and relocation package commensurate with experience and skills.
