Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of administrative duties
- Answer emails and phone calls
- Provide real‑time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
- Create content to post on company’s social media channels
- Prepare presentations according to instructions given
- Make travel arrangements such as booking flights, cars, hotels, and restaurant reservations
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e‑mail, and mail
- Anticipate the needs of others to ensure a seamless and positive experience
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Candidate Qualifications
- 1 year of experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional time‑management skills and ability to multi‑task and prioritize work
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Have a wired, high‑speed internet connection (download speed of 20 Mbps+)
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)

Conditions of Employment

Physical Requirements
This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary, required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may sometimes be required to move around the office, reach, raise/lower objects, and move objects up to 40 pounds.
