This customer-facing role involves delivering innovative solutions and exceeding customer expectations. You will lead process improvements and collaborate across teams for solution excellence.Leading a global team of Subject Matter Experts in Entrust's Digital Issuance Solution, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor during customer onboarding to our Identity as a Service (IDaaS) / Cloud Digital platform, from implementation to support.Your team will interface with customers, utilizing IT, software development, security, and business skills to implement tailored solutions. You will partner with sales/pre-sales to assess requirements and provide feedback for product enhancement. This role combines technical expertise with customer focus, emphasizing successful onboarding.What You'll Be Doing :
Delivery Management (40%)Partner with Project Management to prioritize and empower your team for end-to-end solution delivery.Manage staffing and planning for successful customer onboarding.Ensure all deliverables are completed before transitioning to support.Collaborate on escalation processes to ensure project success.Leadership and People Management (30%)Ensure your team is well-trained and knowledgeable in relevant technologies.Communicate vision and strategy, aligning team roles with company goals.Handle hiring, performance reviews, and individual development.Monitor team performance against standards and goals.Act as a Solution SME to train, mentor, and support your team.Stay current with product technologies through training.Identify and recommend solution improvements to enhance customer experience and onboarding efficiency.Lead process, system, and documentation improvements for efficiency and standardization.What You'll Bring :
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.5+ years experience in customer onboarding and cloud solution implementation management.Strong Mobile / Software Development background.Experience as an escalation point for complex customer issues.Strong customer orientation and commitment to quality.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with tokenization platforms and flows (MDES, VTS).Experience with financial payment technology.Mobile application software development and web services experience.Experience with SDKs, Web services, APIs.Java Native (Android) and/or Swift (iOS) skills.J-18808-Ljbffr
