Overview
We are looking for an experienced DevOps / Cloud Platform Engineer to design and manage cloud-native data platforms. The role focuses on building scalable Databricks environments, automating CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring strong security, governance, and operational excellence across Azure (primary) and AWS.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience of DevOps / Cloud Engineering
Strong Azure & AWS experience
Databricks (deployment + security) expertise
IaC (CloudFormation, Bicep)
CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub)
Monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Datadog, Prometheus)
Scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
Strong problem-solving & communication skills.
Collaborate with data engineering, platform, and security teams to support analytics and ML workloads
Candidate Profile (Important Clarifications)
- Strong DevOps xcskxlj focus, especially in CI/CD integration and deployment
- Must be a Data Platform Administrator, not a typical Data Engineer
- Strong background in:
- Cloud infrastructure
- Platform governance
- Maintenance, patching, and scalability
- Experience following golden paths, security standards, and governance frameworks
