As an HR Intern, your main mission will be to support the HR function in Iberia with administrative tasks as well as recruitment activities, in close cooperation with our HR Business Partner.
You will also support our Managing Director with administrative tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
HR administration:
* Support Human Resources with the processing of employee payroll, update the payroll database with changes, and maintain payroll files.
* Support employees throughout the employee lifecycle (including onboarding and offboarding administration, preparation of HR-related documents, master data maintenance in the HR tool, and maintaining complete employee files in compliance with GDPR); provide ad hoc support as needed.
* Support Human Resources in the digitalization of personnel files (PeopleDoc project).
* Support global Human Resources projects and take ownership of small projects independently.
* Raise purchase orders and record invoices against budgets.
* Support the recruitment process.
* Keep up to date the public HR SharePoint for all the employees.
Managing Director Assistant
* Coordinate agendas and plan the monthly Managing Committee meetings.
* Send Outlook invitations for the monthly “MH Iberia Call” virtual meeting and follow up by email to collect the topics to be shared.
* Support the administrative organization of Market Visits: travel and transfer arrangements, hotel bookings, and invoice/payment management.
* Organize trips to Maisons for VIP customers: planning, travel arrangements, budgeting, supplier management, and logistics.
PROFILE
Education: Graduate in Labour Relations/ Master en HR.
Languages: Spanish and English. French is a plus.
Professional experience & know how:
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Management Assistant and/or in Human Resources, or in a related field.
* Results-driven mindset.
* Strong ability to organize and prioritize.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to multitask.
* Strong interest in the Luxury / Wines & Spirits industry.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Proficiency in Excel.
