As an Account Executive for EMSE, you will join Gartner’s fastest growing region, at the forefront of Gartner’s sales function. You will be responsible for retaining and acquiring new clients within a specific territory targeting emerging tech providers.
What you’ll do :
* Identify and develop new business opportunities with organizations new to Gartner.
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
* Retain current clients, enhance their satisfaction, and promote account growth by ensuring they derive maximum value from Gartner’s services.
* Align with one of Gartner's markets.
* Collaborate with the Midsize Enterprise Sales team to develop best practices and prospecting techniques.
* Work in a multicultural environment with diverse languages spoken.

What you’ll need :
* At least 1 year of consultative selling experience with a proven success record.
* Strong business acumen, executive presence, and commercial intellect.
* A high drive for success, combined with a collaborative approach.
* Experience managing the full sales cycle, including new client acquisition.
* Experience in managing, retaining, and growing a client portfolio.
* Fluency in English and German.
* Competitive spirit with a collaborative mindset.
* Problem-solving skills and a passion for learning and feedback.
* High self-confidence.
* Ability to thrive in goal-oriented, competitive, and collaborative environments.
* Bachelor’s degree preferred.
* Location: Hybrid, Barcelona CoE (Relocation available).
