The Finance department is looking for a new member to join the team at Headquarters, Barcelona.
The selected candidate will be responsible for administrative and financial tasks related to bank reconciliation, supplier payments, treasury support, and financial operations support for Cooltra shops.
This person will also play an active role in managing financial tools and payment systems.
Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare receipt and reconciliation of customer invoices for entities under the scope.
* Support cash reconciliation from the Cooltra shops for entities under the scope.
* Support foreign subsidiaries in treasury processes.
* Manage bank remittances and bank rejections for entities under the scope.
* Participate in Treasury Committee processes for entities under the scope.
* Collaborate on administrative management of bank accounts for entities under the scope.
Recommended Profile:
* Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or a similar field.
* Previous experience in administrative and financial roles: at least 2 years.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy.
* Good knowledge of Excel and financial management platforms.
* Mandatory: Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
* Knowledge of French or Portuguese is desirable.
