Based in Europe, this home-based position involves full responsibility for global expansion (revenue and acquisition), aiming to encourage clients to connect to our API. The role includes new business development, account management, and managing relationships at all management levels, focusing on tour operators, DMCs, and bedbanks.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Focus on new business development.Achieve sales targets individually and as a team.Interact mainly via email, phone, and virtual meetings, with some travel when needed.Visit clients and prospects as necessary.Close new sales opportunities continuously.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure optimal client experience.Acquire targeted clients with close follow-up from registration to booking.Deliver effective sales presentations to secure new business.Plan meetings/visits and analyze data.Support client communication and relay feedback to head office for improvements.Provide weekly and monthly reports.Update CRM system daily.Execute strategies aligned with company directives.CANDIDATE PROFILE
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of field sales experience in the travel industry, with API understanding preferred. An excellent sales record can substitute for less experience. Preference for those with API sales experience or similar background. Must have excellent knowledge and contacts across the market, be target-driven, results-oriented, and understand technology and online distribution. Strong communication skills, resourcefulness, organizational skills, and a dynamic, motivated attitude are essential. Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally. Fluent in English;
