\n
Develop comprehensive marketing materials, including presentations and pitch books.
\n
Conduct thorough analysis of targets, financing options, and competitive landscape.
\n
Utilize financial modeling and analysis skills to evaluate transaction viability.
\n
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
\n
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and assist in drafting transaction documentation.
\n
Monitor market trends, gather industry information, and support portfolio management.
\n
Demonstrate strong project management skills to ensure timely and high-quality transaction delivery.
\n
Perform due diligence, evaluate risk factors, and maintain compliance standards.
\n
Support syndication efforts and facilitate coordination among multiple parties.
\n
Process credit reviews, waivers, and amendments to maintain a secure portfolio.
\n
Collaborate with the KYC team to uphold regulatory and compliance requirements.
\n
Stay updated on industry best practices and relevant regulations.
\n
