As a Project Manager, you will provide solutions, expertise, and advice to our customers regarding their sailing systems. You will work both independently on small projects or accounts and assist Senior Specialists and management on large projects and accounts.
Your responsibilities will include advising customers on technical matters related to sailing systems, including rigs, standing rigging, and running rigging. You will manage the work and projects (project management) and occasionally carry out rigging and sailing system works on yachts up to 70 feet (hull length), assisting on larger vessels as needed.
You will aim to deliver and close projects successfully, ensuring satisfaction for the company, customers, and yourself. Additionally, you will prepare Standard Operating Procedures with multimedia content (videos, photos, diagrams) and share your knowledge and learnings with the team via our digital knowledge sharing system.
Proficiency level of English is required.
Candidates should have a University Degree or related qualification; knowledge of Spanish is a plus. We seek highly motivated, ethically driven individuals with leadership skills to manage projects effectively.
Experience with carbon fibre products, mechanical works, and an understanding of hydraulics/electrical systems will be advantageous.
