We provide services in the areas of production, logistics, data engineering (IT), engineering, consulting, quality, business services, human resources, communication and administrative and financial services. We are focused on our clients' activities and take responsibility for carrying them out on their behalf.

We are currently hiring a Generalist Administrative Technician to join our Commercial Excellence Services team for our new projects in Sagunto.

Who are we?

Our
Commercial Excellence Services
department takes responsibility for providing support and innovative solutions in areas such as human resources, global assignments, controlling, travel management, and more. Delivering services to optimize processes and improve efficiency, helping our Volkswagen Group partners achieve their strategic goals.

What will your responsibilities be?

* Review and control of invoices and expenses in accordance with internal policies.
* Data analysis and preparation of accounting and financial reports.
* Coordination with key departments: traveling staff, Finance, HR, among others.
* Organization and maintenance of administrative documentation.
* Placing purchase orders, checking contracts, and preparing payments for services related to personnel management.
* Accounting administration and support in financial processes.
* Coordination of the digital expense platform and user training.
* Identification and proposal of improvements in administrative processes.
* Internal advisory on policies and procedures.

What requirements are we looking for?

* Immediate availability.
* Academic background: Minimum FP degree in Business Administration or similar
* Experience: Between 3 and 5 years in similar roles.
* Teamwork: Ability to collaborate closely with another technician to avoid duplication and ensure efficiency. Ability to work under internal guidelines and policies.
* Proactivity and initiative: Ability to propose improvements and optimize processes.
* General knowledge: Taxation, accounting regulations, and HR processes.
* Languages: Intermediate English (minimum B2 level).
* Technology: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Office 365 tools (essential).
* Organization: Strong sense of responsibility, customer orientation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Mobility: Type B driving license and Own vehicle.
* General knowledge of taxes and accounting regulations.
* General knowledge of HR.
* Knowledge of relocation processes.
