Overview
HR & Admin Assistant – Location: Madrid (100% On-site). Job Type: Part-time position, 25 hours per week. Salary: 12,500 € yearly gross. Benefits: Flexible standard office hours.
We are looking for an organised and proactive HR & Admin Assistant to join our team in Madrid. You will support HR processes, office administration, and employee engagement, helping ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
* Maintain employee records and compliance documentation.
* Coordinate training, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives.
* Handle office management: supplies, vendors, meetings, and events.
* Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and expense reporting.
* Provide administrative support to the leadership team.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
* 5–7 years of experience in HR or administrative support.
* Knowledge of HR best practices and Spanish labor law basics.
* Bilingual Spanish / English, excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace and Apple tools (Docs, Sheets, Pages, Keynote).
* Familiarity with Trello and ClickUp (a plus).
