Senior System Admin - Linux Devops Specialist
Join our dynamic team at MultiSafepay, a leading payment service provider in Europe. In this role you will lead the migration of our existing Atlassian stack (Bitbucket & Bamboo) to a modern DevOps platform such as GitLab or GitHub, while ensuring a smooth transition for development teams.
What will you be doing?
- Lead the transition from Bamboo to GitLab/GitHub CI/CD.
- Analyze and migrate existing build and deployment plans.
- Create and maintain efficient GitLab/GitHub pipelines.
- Collaborate with developers to understand deployment workflows and improve automation.
- Document CI/CD processes, standards, and guidelines.
- Maintain and improve configuration management using Ansible and Puppet.
- Ensure smooth integration of tools such as Jira, Bitbucket (during transition), GitLab/GitHub, and Confluence.
Job requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or DevOps Engineer.
- Strong experience with Bamboo, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.
- Solid knowledge of Linux systems, especially Debian-based distributions.
- Proficiency in Ansible (preferred) and Puppet.
- Good understanding of deployment and release workflows.
- Excellent communication skills—ability to work closely with developers and product teams.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
