Trabajamos con rigor, actuamos con valentía, simplificamos lo complejo y enfocamos la innovación allí donde realmente marca la diferencia.Reconocidos como Top Employer en España desde 2008 y en Alemania desde 2025, seguimos invirtiendo en un entorno donde las personas pueden crecer y avanzar.Si quieres hacer las cosas de otra manera, este es tu lugar.**Mission**To lead and execute the Global Medical Affairs strategy for Ebglyss, with a strong focus on launch excellence, early lifecycle value generation and innovation in evidence development, ensuring high-quality scientific execution and effective global-to-local implementation under the direction and governance of the VP Global Medical Affairs, Biologics.The role is accountable for asset-level excellence for a growth-stage biologic, contributing to portfolio priorities through disciplined execution, learning agenda generation and differentiation.**Tasks and Responsibilities****Asset-Level Medical Strategy Execution*** Develop and execute the **Global Medical Affairs plan for Ebglyss**, aligned with biologics portfolio strategy and VP guidance, with particular focus on launch and early post-launch phases.* Translate portfolio-level priorities into agile, executable asset plans supporting differentiation and uptake.* Ensure medical activities are compliant with global governance while enabling fast, high-impact execution.**Scientific & Evidence Excellence*** Execute asset-specific components of **Integrated Evidence Generation Planning (IEGP)**, focusing on evidence gaps relevant to early positioning and stakeholder decision making.* Contribute to innovative study design, publications and congress strategy in alignment with portfolio-level evidence direction.* Drive high-quality scientific exchange with global and regional KOLs to support launch success and early adoption.**Cross-Functional Collaboration*** Partner closely with R&D, Market Access, Commercial, Regulatory and Global RWE to support launch readiness and value communication.* Provide timely asset-specific insights and recommendations to the VP for portfolio-level decision making.**Global-to-Local Enablement*** Enable affiliates with clear medical positioning, launch tools and guidance for Ebglyss within the defined global framework.* Support local medical teams to ensure strong launch execution and consistent scientific messaging.**People Leadership & Development*** Lead, coach and develop the Global Medical Affairs Ebglyss team.* Foster high performance, collaboration and learning in a dynamic launch environment.* Operate within the governance, prioritization and leadership framework defined by the VP Global Medical Affairs, Biologics.**Education*** Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry or equivalent scientific discipline.* Advanced degree (MD, PhD) is an advantage.* Fluent in English.**Specific Knowledge*** Strong expertise in Medical Affairs for biologics, preferably with launch experience.* Good understanding of dermatology and immunology.* Solid knowledge of scientific communication, publications and early lifecycle evidence generation.* Understanding of regulatory and market access considerations for innovative biologics.**Professional Experience*** More than **10 years** of experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.* Experience supporting global biologic launches and early lifecycle management.* Proven people leadership experience at global or regional level.#J-18808-Ljbffr
