Design, implement, and manage projects of all the organization's processes.
Assurance of the WOW Quality Management System, regulatory requirements of ISO standards.
Responsibilities
1. Follow-up to compliance with process standards
2. Monitoring of all activities of the processes and procedures of the operation
3. Conduct internal audit reports and determine action plans
4. Implement, maintain and improve the quality management system, aligning it with international standards such as ISO.
5. Continuous updating of procedures and policies to ensure the organization's needs and legal requirements.
6. Coordinate and execute audits, both internal and external, to evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS.
7. Develop and execute training programs for all staff to understand and follow QMS and WOW procedures.
8. Identification and management of non-conformities in products or processes.
9. Lead the development of corrective actions and ensure that the problem does not reoccur.
10. Generate detailed reports that measure the performance of the quality management system, providing key data on compliance with standards.
11. Oversee the planning and execution of preventive and corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of non-conformities and continuously improve processes.
12. Identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes.
13. Tracking metrics, Scorecard and daily filling of KPIs by department. (WOW Quality Management System)
14. Creation of work methods and instructions.
15. Study of times in the processes.
16. Update and validate procedures, instructions, formats, etc.
17. Coordinate continuous improvement events (Impacts, savings, workshop, kaizen, six sigma)
18. Analysis of activities requested by the client through the commercial area.
19. Preparation of flow diagrams, layouts, process mapping.
20. Preparation of formats and visual aids for processes.
21. Preparation of process presentations for the client.
22. Collaboration with the Quality and Safety department in projects, meetings, conferences, and generation of corrective and preventive action analyses (8D).
23. Development of projects in various requested areas
24. Conduct field surveys to gather information for projects
25. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
26. Conduct risk assessment and develop contingency plans
27. Coordinate and manage project resources
28. Develop and maintain project documentation and reports
29. Ensure the quality of project deliverables
30. Provide technical supervision and guidance to the project team

Qualifications
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related career.
Knowledge:
1. Troubleshooting Tools
2. Microsoft
3. Management of the WOW quality system
4. ISO standards
5. Internal and external audits
6. Use of data analysis tools (SPC, Six Sigma)
7. Experience with quality management software (Form, Single Link)
8. Lean Manufacturing
9. Management of statistical tools (Minitab or others)
10. Taking time by activity
11. Development of projects on the site
12. Knowledge of the capacities of yards, roads, etc.
13. Lay out.
Experience:
1. Certification to the ISO Standard.
Required Language: Intermediate English.
