About the RoleWe are looking for a Client Development Manager, Private Banking to own the end-to-end relationship with our agency partners and high-value creators.This role combines white-glove client service with commercial ownership, ensuring clients are successfully onboarded, deeply engaged with the platform, and continuously expanding their use of MAKE.You will act as a trusted advisor and relationship owner, balancing exceptional service with a proactive approach to client growth.

What You'll DoClient Onboarding & ActivationOwn the end-to-end onboarding journey for new clients (agencies and creators)Guide clients through KYC/KYB processes, ensuring a smooth and compliant experienceAct as primary contact during account setupReduce onboarding friction and improve activation rates

Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with agencies and creatorsDeliver a high-touch, concierge-style service aligned with Private Banking standardsServe as an advisor on how to best use the MAKE platformMaintain regular communication through Telegram, WhatsApp and phone calls

Client Education & EnablementEducate clients on platform functionality, features and best practicesSupport clients in optimizing their financial operations using MAKEDeliver tailored onboarding sessions and walkthroughs

Growth & Commercial DevelopmentIdentify opportunities to expand client usage and increase account valueDrive retention, engagement and revenue growthCollaborate with internal teams to support client growth initiativesSpot trends and provide feedback to product and leadership teams

Product FeedbackShare insights on client needs, pain points and feature requestsSupport rollout and adoption of new features and product updates

Experience & Background2–5+ years in account management, client success, private banking, or salesExperience managing high-value clients or VIP relationshipsBackground in fintech, creator economy, SaaS or digital platforms is a plusBanking experience is a distinct advantageStrong relationship-building and communication skillsCommercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunitiesHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to handle sensitive client situations with professionalism and discretion
