5+ years of experience in B2B Product Management, preferably with omnichannel communication, focusing on end-user products and translating user needs into measurable impact for buyer personas.Proven success in user-driven product development with measurable impact on key business metricsProven experience creating clear, compelling, and well-researched explanations of the business value, risks, and impact of multi-phase initiativesDeep experience blending quantitative & qualitative research to guide decisions.
