Profile: Business Development Executive

Join our fast-growing team at the intersection of AI, Web3, and Digital Innovation. We're looking for a Business Development Executive / B2B Sales Specialist who's ready to take on big goals and drive real impact.
What You'll Do
Prospect 50+ new B2B leads weekly in AI, Web3, digital infrastructure, tokenization, and emerging tech sectors.
Run 10+ sales calls weekly and deliver 3 high-impact demos showcasing our AI and digital solutions.
Close at least 1 new client each week for our AI and Digital Growth programs.
Manage CRM with precision and collaborate with leadership to refine our sales strategy.
What You Bring
1–3 years of B2B sales experience (bonus if it's in tech, consulting, or innovation).
Fluent English and top-notch communication skills
Energy, ambition, and a strong performance mindset.
Agility, adaptability, and the drive to deliver measurable results.
