Personal & Business Admin Assistant (English/Spanish bilingual) — Flexible, Part-Time
Location: Barcelona, Spain (on-site 2–3 days/week)
I’m (Jonny Nye) looking for a highly organised and confident Personal & Business Admin Assistant to help me for an initial period of one month, with the possibility of extending into a longer-term or part-time arrangement (1–2 days/week).
This is a flexible, part-time role that may suit someone with other commitments — such as raising children, studying, or someone semi-retired — who is looking for meaningful and varied work.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage and organise personal and business admin tasks
* Reach out to companies to request receipts, documents, or follow-ups
* Align and reconcile expenses with bank statements
* Contact insurance companies, banks, and service providers as needed
* Organise and book travel, flights, and accommodation
* Provide general assistance on both business and personal projects
Requirements:
* Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Proactive, confident, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and online tools
* Trustworthy, discreet, and professional
* Based in Barcelona and available to work on-site 2–3 days/week (3–4 hours per day) during the first month
