EJECUTIVA DE VENTAS Barcelo Teguise Beach, Barcelo Lanzarote Active Resort, Barcelo Lanzarote Royal Level Tareas principales: Asistente a la Jefa de Ventas Generar, revisar y mantener previsiones, reportes y resúmenes de ventas Participar en reuniones comerciales Desarollar y mantener relaciones comerciales con las agencias/cuentas Gestión de disponibilidad off- y online Envío de acciones de ventas Gestión de acciones/cierres de ventas en los extranets de la TO, y su seguimiento. Revisión publicaciones TTOO y fichas técnicas Seguimiento contratos y acuerdos firmados Coordinar y atender visitas comerciales, del hotel y FAM Trips Coordinar gestión de ventas con Dptos de Reservas, Revenue, Channel manager, Recepcion Elaborar y gestionar cotizaciones de grupos (turísticos, MICE) Participar en ferias/work shops puntuales, eventos del sector turístico, y reuniones comerciales. Se requiere: Estudios técnicos o universitarios en Turismo, Administración, Marketing o afines. Conocimientos previos de gestión de ventas y / o reservas, sector turístico. Actitud proactiva, comunicativa y apta para integrarse y trabajar en equipo Habilidades de negociación, comunicación efectiva y orientación a resultados. Conocimiento de los principales mercados emisores Nivel de inglés avanzado, hablado y escrito Nivel básico de alemán Conocimientos básicos de conceptos de Revenue y Yield Management Disponibilidad de atender visitas, reuniones fuera del horario habitual, si es requerido. Se aprecia conocimiento Quohotel o Navision (PMS) Disponibilidad para desplazamientos y coche propio What are we looking for?
