Architect with Masterplanning & Interior Design Experience in Hospitality

At Lázaro Rosa-Violán Studio, we’re looking for a creative, strategic, and globally-minded Architect to join our multidisciplinary team. If you're passionate about turning spaces into unforgettable experiences and move comfortably between large-scale planning and refined interior detailing, this role is for you.
Who we’re looking for :
A professional with proven experience in :
* Masterplanning for hotels or resorts (site planning, phasing, circulation strategy)
* Interior design for hospitality spaces :
guest rooms, lobbies, restaurants, wellness areas
* Working on multiple projects at once with great organizational skills and attention to detail
Requirements :
* 6+ years of experience in luxury hotel and F&B design
* Degree in Architecture or Design, or equivalent experience
* Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
* Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
* A portfolio of hospitality projects is mandatory to apply
