Position Overview :
As a KAM Distributor Manager, you will manage and develop key distribution accounts for tyres across all segments. Your responsibilities include achieving sales, profitability, and service level objectives, along with strategic planning, P&L analysis, and coordination with logistics, supply, and finance teams. You will work closely with the Marketing & Market Intelligence teams and report directly to the Regional Director for Iberia.
Key Responsibilities :
* Manage relationships with major distribution partners to maximize profitability and sustainability.
* Develop annual commercial plans and growth strategies for each key account aligned with company goals.
* Negotiate commercial agreements, contractual conditions, promotional activities, and sell-out initiatives.
* Monitor and analyze customer-specific P&L to ensure margins and profitability.
* Coordinate with logistics and supply chain departments for stock management and on-time deliveries.
* Prepare sales forecasts and collaborate with demand planning and sales teams.
* Identify new business opportunities and product development prospects.
* Prepare performance reports and market analyses regularly.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Requirements :
* University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in similar roles within the automotive, tyre distribution, or industrial products sectors.
* Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
* Strong knowledge of P&L management, financial analysis, and logistics/supply chain processes.
* Experience managing multichannel accounts (B2B, retail, e-commerce).
* In-depth knowledge of the tyre market across segments.
* Proficient in analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, and CRM systems.
* Willing to travel frequently within national and regional territories.
* Excellent communication, influence, and presentation skills.
* Proactive, autonomous, and well-organized.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
* Strong customer focus and value generation mindset.
