About the role As Operation and Account Manager, you/'ll oversee the operational structure of the company and support its next phase of growth. You/'ll work closely with leadership, project managers, and team leads to ensure that delivery, performance, and organizational processes scale effectively as the company evolves. This role sits above individual project management. Rather than focusing on a single project, you/'ll shape how projects are delivered across the organization: defining standards, improving coordination, and strengthening accountability at every level.
