We are looking for a Commercial Tech Operations Manager to join an international project in the FMCG sector.At Agap2, you’ll be part of a global Commercial Tech Services team supporting and optimizing digital solutions for Sales and Marketing teams worldwide.In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring service quality, vendor coordination, incident management, and continuous improvement.You’ll work mainly with Salesforce-based solutions, as well as other platforms such as SAP Commerce Cloud.Responsibilities:Oversee daily service operations (incidents, maintenance, problems).Manage small projects, governance tasks, and service improvements.Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth delivery.Handle escalations and proactively prevent recurring issues.Support global tech teams and local business users.Identify opportunities for process optimization.Requirements:Fluent English (C1–C2).5+ years of experience in similar IT or business support roles.Hands-on with Salesforce (delivery, support, or project experience).Used to complex, multinational environments.Strong in support management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication.Nice to have:ITIL or Salesforce Administrator certification.Experience with Cloud or FMCG environments.What working with us will offer you:The chance to take part in challenging projects within a dynamic environment.A stable position with a clear career development plan.A permanent contract from day one.Remote position, with occasional on-site meetings in Barcelona.Adaptable compensation and meal vouchers, among other benefits.If you're interested in this opportunity and would like to know more, feel free to apply so we can get in touch, share all the details, and answer any questions you may have.Agap2 is an equal opportunity employer.
