We are AI Labs team, the applied AI department at Insud Pharma. We are a team of 30 professionals (AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Backend Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Product Managers) working across the full breadth of the company, building products and systems that directly inform and shape decision-making.
We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with strong technical foundations who is eager to design, build, and scale robust backend systems that power real-world AI-driven products. You will work across diverse and complex domains (Clinical, R&D;, manufacturing, and beyond), collaborating closely with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and DevOps to bring solutions from concept to production.
You will take ownership of backend services end-to-end—defining architectures, designing APIs, ensuring performance and scalability, and delivering reliable systems in production environments.
