The role of the Retail Planning & Performance Senior Analyst is to support the Manager in delivering reliable business insights by providing the Leadership team with recurring and ad-hoc data analysis and reports.
This candidate should be familiar with the Retail sales organization, initiatives, and data to report performance in a structured manner and develop analytical models to facilitate decision-making.
The P&P Senior Analyst will work closely with various stakeholders (both within and outside the P&P team) to ensure successful delivery.
Main responsibilities
* Act as a sparring partner for the Retail P&P Manager and Retail Senior Management.
* Establish and own accurate and robust reporting processes to track performance at various management levels.
* Lead projects impacting the Retail sales teams, supporting or owning the full project lifecycle from conception to implementation and tracking.
* Create compelling presentations to communicate progress, facilitate discussions, and support decision-making, making recommendations in appropriate forums.
* Collaborate with regional Retail sales teams to analyze performance related to initiatives and develop related action plans.
* Conduct detailed analyses involving large data sets and feedback from regional teams.
* Assist in developing analytical models for strategic and tactical decision-making related to Retail incentives, sizing, and organization.
* Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and develop a strong network across the business.
* Leverage technology (Tableau, Salesforce) to automate and standardize data related to initiatives.

* Excellent analytical and numerical skills; able to interpret, summarize, and present complex data clearly; strong attention to detail.
* Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal and written); able to influence decisions.
* Methodical and organized; results-oriented with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
* Strong drive, initiative, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Team-oriented, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Ability to build relationships, create networks, and influence.
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* SQL skills are highly valued (not required).
* Experience with data analysis and modeling software (Tableau) is valued (not required).
* Experience in the accommodation intermediation business is valued (not required).
