Being part of The Ritz-Carlton Abama Resort in Tenerife, you will contribute to delivering The Gold Standards and guest experiences that reflect luxury hospitality. This role focuses on quality, service consistency, and operational excellence across the resort.
Responsibilities Ensure the correct implementation and compliance with The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards across all areas of the resort.
Coordinate and follow up on internal and external quality audits, and action plans derived from them.
Analyze guest feedback (GSS, Qualtrics, internal and external surveys) to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Lead quality and operational excellence initiatives in collaboration with all departments.
Monitor and follow up on guest incidents and complaints, ensuring resolutions aligned with brand standards.
Prepare quality reports, KPIs, and performance summaries for senior leadership.
Support ongoing training of teams in service standards, quality culture, and guest experience.
Ensure proper documentation and updates of quality-related standard operating procedures.
Actively participate in special projects focused on innovation, service consistency, and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a passion for excellence.
Previous experience in Quality, Guest Experience, Front Office, or operational roles within luxury hospitality or high-standard environments.
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments and levels of the organization.
Strong communication, influence, and follow-up skills.
Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset.
Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a strong advantage.
Experience with quality analysis tools, guest satisfaction platforms, and hotel systems is a plus.
Valid work permit for Spain.
