**Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage the school and its operations.
- Ensure high standards of education and student welfare.
- Develop and implement school policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on school performance and metrics.
- Provide guidance and support to teachers and staff.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of educational best practices and standards.
**Requirements:**
- Master’s degree in Education or Educational Administration.
- 7+ years of experience in school leadership.
- Proven track record of successful school management.
