Mission
Offer personalized, warm, and effective service to guests during their stay, using every interaction as an opportunity to build trust and identify potential customers for the Circle product, proactively inviting them to the sales room as the key first link in the sales process.
Responsibilities
* Provide personalized, warm, and responsive service to guests, becoming their main point of contact in the hotel.
* Turn every service interaction into a conversation, generating interest and trust, aiming to provide a natural, effective invitation to the sales room without direct commercial pressure.
* Proactively invite eligible guests to the sales room, highlighting potential benefits based on their profile and preferences.
* Communicate relevant information (profile, interests, traveler type, perceived objections) to the corresponding Sales Advisor to facilitate a personalized sale initiation.
* Present guests to the Sales Advisor, ensuring a smooth and professional hand‐over.
* Collaborate with the commercial team to coordinate guest admission to the sales room and ensure efficient service flow.
* Accurately record invitations and results in the designated management tools, guaranteeing traceability and consistency.
* Actively participate in training sessions, team meetings and feedback sessions to improve interpersonal and commercial skills.
* Contribute to the achievement of individual and team commercial objectives, understanding that quality service is the basis for generating real sales opportunities.
Qualifications
* 1–2 years of experience in similar positions.
* Education in tourism, public relations, marketing, hotel management or related fields.
* Very high proficiency in English; additional languages highly valued.
* Interest in commercial work and sensitivity to detect sales opportunities.
* Strong communication skills, public relations, proactive, customer orientation and high service vocation.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
