We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Billing Assistant to support our invoicing and administrative processes. You will work closely with our internal teams, as well as with our external accounting support, helping maintain efficient and accurate billing processes.

Support day-to-day billing and administrative operations.
Help identify improvements to simplify administrative and billing tasks.
Assist with general administrative tasks related to finance and operations.
3 years of experience in administration, billing, accounting support, or similar roles.
~ Experience with ERP systems or invoicing tools is a plus.
~ Flexible hybrid work: 3 days in-office, 2 remote.
