We are currently looking for a Planning & Financial Administrative Support to provide service to one of our main clients, the American Multinational Technological Company Hewlett-Packard (HP), which is the world's leading personal systems and printing company. About the role : The role will involve providing support to planning and financial administrative management, working in collaboration with a globally located team, to guarantee the correct administrative delivery of processes and projects. Dedication: Full-time Location: Sant Cugat del Vallès Work model: Hybrid Important! This offer implies flexibility to occasionally change schedule to attend meetings with USA (for example at 7 pm). Main responsibilities : You would manage HP’s administrative activities to ensure that planning, budget, and finance guidelines are met. Your tasks would include: Provide support with planning and scheduling to ensure right first-time delivery. Purchase Order Management, liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including supply chain and suppliers. Ensure processes are applied in line with specified HP policies. Ongoing expenses monitoring Weekly input review with budget owners for projection Monthly and quarterly budget spend projections. Requesting financial activities in the HP financial systems: inter-departmental charges, accruals, invoice management Carry out appropriate validation checks and provide timely and accurate planning information updates. Provide reports/summary of insight from processes and share them with the team.
