Responsibilities:
* Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales motions across all stages of the sales funnel via phone, email, video and social media outreach for B2B (business to business)
* Ability to identify key point of contacts through Sales Navigator as well as all forms of desk targets
* Actively manage sales pipeline with a focus on moving all prospects through the sales funnel
* Document all relevant prospect and customer interactions on CRM (Salesforce)
* Transition qualified leads from pipeline to onboarding team to finalize the transaction
* Review and report daily, monthly and quarterly metrics to help achieve sales goals

Requirements:
* Knowledge of English and German at min. C1 level (speaking and writing)
* Min. 2.5 years and up to 5 years of directly relevant customer facing experience in sales or customer service role, ideally in tech. advertising sales sector
* Ability to think creatively and react quickly to tailor messaging to different conversations
* Ambition, confidence, fearless outgoing attitude – a self-starter with a competitive growth mindset
* Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently
* Salesforce experience/ prior exposure to a CRM tool
* Previous experience within sales (working on warm leads, cold outreaches, research)
