This role involves understanding client needs, providing tailored software solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation and use of our products. The ideal candidate will drive customer satisfaction, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service. /ppThis role is designed for a hospitality professional with strong hotel operations experience who is ready to move into a commercial, active sales role. You will work independently to develop new business and strategic relationships with hotel groups, acting as a trusted advisor to senior hotel leadership while driving revenue growth. /ppbr/ppbLocation /b /ppEurope — open to candidates based in Budapest, Prague, Berlin, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Munich, Warsaw... /ppbr/ppbKey responsibilities: /b /pulliBe involved in the development and implementation of sales and marketing projects, together with associated activities for getting potential customer's attention /liliProvide HRS with thorough research analysis of the local business competition for gaining competitive edge. /liliInvolvement in the development of HRS market research and sales strategy. /liliAcquisition of new customer leads using all available methods: phone, participation in exhibitions, events, presentations /liliMeet assigned strategic account goals in accordance with the company targets. /liliMaintain regular contact with the customers and partners of HRS. /liliEstablish strong, long-term client relationships. /liliLiaise with local customers in local language and response to international customers in English correspondence /liliOrganise sales and marketing events for customers. /liliBe HRS representative for all HRS corporate interests and its Brand when liaising with customers /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat We’re Looking For: /b /pulliA minimum of 5 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, including experience in hotel management or senior supervisory roles such as front office, operations, revenue, sales, or similar leadership positions. /liliHands-on experience with Opera PMS (or Opera Cloud) is essential, experience with POS systems will be a plus. /liliWilling to travel nationally and internationally. /liliBusiness results oriented. /liliBe pro-active and have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude. /liliShow a professional work ethic together with a sense of responsibility. /liliDisplay excellent communication and entrepreneurial skills. /liliShow a drive and passion for improving sales. /liliMaintain a desire to learn and succeed. /liliBe able to open doors and close deals. /li /ulpbr/ppbLanguages: /b /pulliFluent English, both written and spoken. /liliAny other language will be a plus. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhy Join HRS? /b /pulliA Job in an international company /liliA diverse, demanding and varied range of tasks /liliTeammates who are at your side with any questions you may have /liliIndividual design and development options /liliMotivating remuneration package /liliWork from home and hybrid options /liliCompetitive annual bonus scheme /liliTeam building and company events /liliFamily friendly benefits /liliFitness/healthy lifestyle support program /liliEmployee referral program /li /ul pWe look forward to hearing from you! /p
