What You'll Do:
Support the Wilson Racket business in EMEA through commercial and category/product initiatives. The Commercial Manager will analyze channels and customers to identify growth opportunities, enable sales teams to meet KPIs, and develop regional strategies aligned with global goals. Responsibilities include:
1. Be an EMEA category expert, understanding key products, distribution, and pricing strategies.
2. Manage commercial plans for specific categories (e.g., strings, bags).
3. Validate and align the regional product range with consumer and channel targets.
4. Conduct market visits to gather insights.
5. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Demand teams for forecasting and inventory planning.
6. Lead inventory management strategies, including EOL and old inventory.
7. Coordinate monthly S&OP calls with HQ.
8. Create reports and dashboards for decision-making.
9. Utilize databases and visualization tools to ensure data accuracy.
10. Develop tools to support sales and pre-order processes.
11. Provide consumer insights for future product planning.
12. Support sales meetings with product expertise.
13. Lead product and commercial meetings with key accounts.
14. Coordinate with Sales Ops and Demand teams for range planning.
15. Maintain communication with warehouse for delivery schedules and product launches.
16. Ensure operational deployment and inventory allocations are executed smoothly, including catalogues and system setup.
What We're Looking For:
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, with 3+ years in category/merchandising/product management, preferably in Tennis or Padel. Skills required:
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Strong product knowledge.
* Excellent analytical and Excel skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and influence stakeholders.
* Effective communication and organizational skills.
* Willingness to travel 10-20% domestically and internationally.
* Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
