We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Representative (NGS background) to expand our business across the Southern Europe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new clients within biotech, biopharma, and pharmaceutical industries, utilising data mining techniques and market research. Location: Remote working (Spain) Proactively identify and engage potential customers through online research, databases, and industry websites. Utilize Excel and other data analysis tools to compare datasets, track prospects, and refine lead lists. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute targeted outreach campaigns. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress using CRM tools. Provide operational support to Account Managers, including preparing quotations, coordinating administrative tasks, and assisting with follow-up actions to ensure smooth project execution. Experience in data mining from websites and databases to identify potential clients. Outstanding listening, verbal and written English communication skills. Native or business level Spanish speaking is preferred; Italian proficiency is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data comparison and analysis. Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting. Previous sales or customer-facing experience in life sciences is a plus but not mandatory.
