We are looking for a Business Analyst with Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience to join our professional services team.

The ideal candidate is a team player who provides business analysis services for and on behalf of redk. The focus of this positions is to work closely with stakeholders to gain in-depth understanding of customers’ business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates.

We are definilety looking for you if you
Properly demonstrate and present solutions based on the Salesforce platform and ecosystem ( Marketing Cloud )
Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and apply this to the development, execution and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices
.
Participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up to date on project progress
Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process
; Support system conversions, upgrades, enhancements.
Meet with project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines.
Take instruction from our Engineering team regarding any aspect of any project as requested.
Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables.
Actively seek, identify and promote value-add opportunities with our customers.
Follow the established company methodology.
Continue professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practices.

Knowledge and experience
Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of 2 years of experience defining and delivering complex Salesforce implementations (Marketing Automation, Sales, or Service Cloud).
A minimum of 1 Salesforce Certification will be required, additional certification will be positively evaluated.
Strong background and knowledge of the CRM industry.
Functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices.
Advanced documentation skills.
Communication skills; able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Experience creating reports and giving presentations.
Experience in Project Management Methodologies within a tech environment, Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating flexibility, innovation and excellence.
Experience of working autonomously in a fast-paced technology company.
Competency in office applications.
Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
A good level of English would be a must.
Spanish as first language.
