We are seeking a Client Lead to develop interactions with our customers throughout their Customer Journey Map, aiming to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
The Client Lead is responsible for managing client interactions across the Customer Journey Map, ensuring improved satisfaction and loyalty. They should have knowledge and experience in sales processes, including lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing.
Key responsibilities include:
* Achieving company goals through planning, setting sales targets, analyzing performance data, and forecasting future performance.
* Generating leads, building, and nurturing client relationships.
* Collaborating with project managers (PMs) to ensure project success at the delivery level.
* Supporting project roles to meet quality and profitability expectations, identifying gaps, and proposing solutions.
* Offering ongoing value to existing clients through consultancy and future needs assessment.
* Leading negotiations, preparing and presenting commercial offers, and managing communication during presales.
* Sharing sales strategies and digital transformation roadmaps with PMs, especially when multiple PMs are involved.
* Collaborating with PMs/DMs during project progress, attending demos, and resolving client issues.
* Managing scope negotiations, monitoring project progress, and identifying upselling opportunities.
* Conducting project retrospectives, writing success stories, and sending satisfaction surveys.
* Understanding operational team members' skills and motivations, collaborating on team allocation, and communicating staffing needs.
* Ensuring project deadlines, scope, and budgets are met, and proposing risk mitigation plans.
**Experience and Skills:**
* Experience managing large accounts.
* Experience in Salesforce ecosystem as Delivery or Project Manager.
* Experience with Salesforce Core and/or Marketing Cloud projects.
* At least 6 years in business/technology consulting.
* Experience in digital and international projects.
* High level of English and native French language skills are mandatory.
