Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities


* Identify potential operators by coordinating with the business developer
* Prioritize prospecting based on potential and channel
* Conduct visits for customer acquisition
* Negotiate on portfolio, prices, promotions, discounts, refrigerators, and visibility in points of sale
* Coordinate negotiations with kitchen specialists when operators have different buyers requiring both specialists (Ice Cream and Kitchen)
* Perform customer development visits and review implementation of agreements
* Propose ad hoc promotions and visibility materials
* Visit based on identified risks or reactive requests from operators


Experiences & Qualifications


What you need to succeed:

* Graduate in ADE, Marketing, Sales, or similar
* Valuable 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the HORECA channel
* Experience and knowledge in FMCG sector; experience in pharma or tobacco companies is a plus
* Customer management experience; advanced skills in Office and PowerPoint
* High level of English is desirable
