We are looking for a Finance & Administrative Assistant to work from our office in Torremolinos.
Tasks
- Experienced in Sage Accounting Software: customer entry, sales order process, purchase management,
- Conduct weekly/monthly reconciliation of supplier and customer accounts using statements.
- Credit Control and Bank Reconciliation
- Manage petty cash payments and process client payments
- Create purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices in Sage 50 software.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as file management, report preparation, and data entry.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of documents and presentations.
**Requirements**:
Essential to have Working Experience & Knowledge of SAGE 50 Accounts software - minimum 2 years experience.
Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
