- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values in all customer interactions escalating when required.

**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think creatively and time management.
- Strict attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
