Requirements
* 5+ years of partner-facing, quota-carrying experience in business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales at a high-growth SaaS company
* Proven ability to drive sales opportunities from lead generation to closure, negotiate agreements, and build long-lasting partnerships
* Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and architectural scenarios, and communicate them effectively verbally and in writing
* University degree
* Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time (when feasible)
Nice to Have
* Experience in automation, integration, RPA, or data & analytics
* Fluency in German, French, or other European languages

* Self-starter capable of managing projects from inception to completion

* Develop and implement the EMEA partner strategy
* Identify, recruit, and onboard partners across the EMEA region
* Activate partners through training, planning, and joint go-to-market activities
* Host strategic partner QBRs
* Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and marketing teams
* Meet and exceed partner-sourced ARR targets
